お勧めのワードプレス教本

個人的に一番のお勧めは、『いちばんやさしいWordPressの教本』です。

私は2014年の初版本を読みましたが、それ以降版を重ねて、このブログを書いている時には2017年版として、比較的新しい部類の書籍となります。

これはPCの書籍として全般に言えることですが、PC・ネットについては日進月歩で新技術・サービスが登場するため、書籍はどちらかというと後追いの感がいなめません。そのため、最近出版された本であってもすでに前の技術・サービスについて書かれている、といったことも当然のようにあります。

ワードプレスのバージョンも日々新しいものがリリースされており、それゆえこの教本についても現状とのずれが多少なりともあるかもしれませんが、時間が経っても変わらない部分、つまり、ワードプレスとサイト・ブログ制作の基礎について、とても簡単に学ぶことができる良本だと思います。

“BizBeVector”制作会社が執筆に参加

いちばんやさしいWordPressの教本の著者は、いずれも業界の著名人で、ワードプレスのことを知り尽くしている3名による共著となります。

そして執筆者の一人は、ビジネス向けワードプレステーマ『VisVector』を公開している、株式会社ベクトルの代表取締役の石川栄和氏です（他、大串肇氏、星野邦敏氏共著）。

ワードプレステーマのVisVectorは、アフィリエイターを志す多くの方がまず初めに使用する、人気のワードプレステーマとしてとても有名です。私のアフィリエイト生活も、VisVectorから始まりました。

いちばんやさしいWordPressの教本は、ワードプレスを知り尽くした3名の著名人が、ワードプレスおよびWEBサイト初心者のためだけに執筆した、まさにファースト教本にふさわしい内容となっています。

基礎的なHTMLコードやWEBサイトの基本も学べる

内容としては、ワードプレスの機能・設定的なことだけではなく、基本的なHTMLコードやCSSについても触れている他、集客できるサイトとは何か、プラグインやセキュリティについてなど、WEBサイトについての基本的なことが全て網羅されています。

画像やイラスト付きの解説が多く、一見すると難しい専門的な知識を極力はぶき、基本的には本を読みながらマウス操作だけでPCを操作してワードプレスを学ぶことができます。まさに、直感的な理解・実行が可能な良本です。
